Is there still freedom of speech with regards to the economic crisis?

As we posted earlier, many governments worldwide have sued or threatened individuals or organizations that also happen to have published embarrassing findings regarding the economic crisis.

Now, the SEC has made good on its threat to sue Egan Jones, the rating agency that is downgrading the quality of U.S. debt.  Follow the link to read more.
